Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Mama Coach Membership services provided by The Mama Coach Inc. By signing up for or using the membership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Educational Purpose Only
     The services provided by The Mama Coach Membership, including group coaching sessions and video responses, are for educational purposes only. These services are not assessment-based and should not be considered medical advice. The information shared during group sessions or in video responses is general and aimed at helping parents improve their knowledge and routines. For any medical concerns or emergencies, please contact a healthcare professional or dial 911 immediately.
  2. Group Coaching and Rescheduling
     Group coaching sessions are scheduled regularly. However, The Mama Coach Inc. reserves the right to reschedule group coaching sessions as needed. In such cases, we will notify members as early as possible. Any rescheduled sessions will be communicated through the membership platform or email.
  3. Video Responses for Membership Plus
     For the Membership Plus level, members are entitled to two personalized video responses per month based on the questions they submit. These responses will be provided within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding holidays). The videos are approximately 2-4 minutes in length and will not be carried over to the following month if not used in the current calendar month. Unused video responses are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to the next month.
     During periods of vacations or other scheduling conflicts, The Mama Coach Inc. reserves the right to have another registered nurse send video responses on behalf of Carrie Bruno, RN. All responses will still adhere to the same educational and supportive standards.
  4. Consultations and Expiration
     Consultations purchased inside the The Mama Coach Membership app must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. All consultations will be delivered by a licensed Mama Coach RN or NP. After the 6-month period, any unused consultations will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.
  5. Intellectual Property Protection
     All content shared within the The Mama Coach Membership, including group coaching sessions, videos, articles, and any other educational materials, is intellectual property of The Mama Coach Inc. and Carrie Bruno, RN. By participating in the membership, you agree not to share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the sessions or materials, whether for personal or commercial use, without explicit written permission from The Mama Coach Inc. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
  6. Membership Sharing Prohibited
     Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Each individual attending any coaching sessions or accessing content must have their own active membership. If it is discovered that a membership is being shared, the membership will be canceled immediately without refund. Each member is solely responsible for keeping their account details confidential.
  7. Pricing and Billing
  • The standard The Mama Coach Membership is priced at $29 USD per month, billed recurring until you cancel.
  • Membership Plus is priced at $49 USD per month, billed recurring until you cancel.
  • All payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of the last month paid. 
  1. Cancellation and Access
     Members can cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, members will continue to have access to the membership content until the last month they have paid for completes. After that period, access to the membership will be revoked.
     Please note that The Mama Coach Membership is non-refundable, but if you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to make it right.
  2. Technology and App Access
     The Mama Coach Membership is accessible through The Mama Coach Membership app, which is serviced by Kajabi and regularly updated. The Mama Coach Inc. is not responsible for any issues related to the app not functioning properly on your phone or device. If you experience difficulty accessing the app, you may also access the membership content directly through membership.themamacoach.com.
  3. Emergency Disclaimer
     Our membership services are not an emergency service. For urgent medical matters, please seek immediate help from your healthcare provider or contact emergency services by dialing 911.
  4. Limitation of Liability
     To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mama Coach Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the membership services or participation in any group coaching sessions. This includes contracted add-on services provided through the membership, as well as any technical issues related to third-party platforms such as Kajabi.
  5. Changes to Terms
     The Mama Coach Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page and notify you if significant changes are made. Your continued use of the membership services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
  6. Governing Law
     These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
